What if my product isn’t in one of your seven categories?
Ask anyway. The seven categories are where our supplier relationships are deepest, but our sourcing process works for most general merchandise. If a product is outside what we can source well, we’ll tell you plainly rather than deliver a mediocre result.
How long does bulk product sourcing take?
Initial supplier options and quotes typically land within 48 hours for standard products in our core categories. Full sourcing with samples usually runs one to three weeks depending on sample production and shipping times. Custom or private-label products take longer, and we set that expectation in the brief.
Do you source from US suppliers, overseas suppliers, or both?
Both. We match the sourcing strategy to your priorities — landed cost, lead time, minimum quantities, and compliance requirements all factor in. Many clients end up with a mix: domestic suppliers for speed and replenishment, overseas suppliers for cost on planned volume.
Can I get samples before committing to a bulk order?
Yes — and you should. Sample evaluation is a standard part of every sourcing project. We coordinate samples from shortlisted suppliers and review them against your written specifications before any bulk order is placed.
Will you share who the suppliers are?
