Horizon BloomLLC

Wholesale logistics & fulfillment

From the supplier’s dock to your door, in one motion

A good product price means nothing if the goods arrive late, damaged, or wrapped in surprise freight charges. Our logistics and fulfillment service manages the physical side of every order — freight, warehousing, and delivery — quoted as one landed cost you approve up front.

At a glance

  • Freight coordination and carrier management
  • Warehousing and staging when you need goods held or split
  • Delivery to stores, warehouses, and fulfillment centers
  • Landed-cost quotes with no surprise charges
  • Shipment tracking and proactive delay alerts

The price on the invoice isn’t the price of the goods

Wholesale buyers learn this the hard way: the quote that looked great falls apart once freight, handling, storage, and re-delivery pile on. Or the goods sit at a dock while nobody can reach the carrier. Or a full truckload arrives at a store that only had room for six pallets. Logistics isn’t a detail at the end of a purchase — it’s where the economics of the whole order are won or lost.

Horizon Bloom manages wholesale logistics and fulfillment as part of the order, not an afterthought. When we quote a purchase, we quote the landed cost: product, freight, and handling in one number, to your actual destination. When goods move, we book and manage the carriers, track every leg, and flag delays while there’s still time to react — instead of letting you find out from an empty shelf.

When you need more than dock-to-dock transport, we arrange warehousing and staging: holding goods until your floor is ready, splitting bulk orders across store locations, or preparing shipments to meet the receiving requirements of fulfillment centers. Whatever the destination — a stockroom, a distribution center, or a 3PL — the goods show up the way that destination needs them.

What’s included

What our logistics service covers

Every mile and every handoff between your supplier and your destination, managed and reported by one team.

Freight coordination

Carrier selection, booking, and management across LTL, full truckload, and container freight — matched to the order’s size and urgency.

Landed-cost quoting

Product, freight, and handling quoted as one transparent number before you approve, so the price you sign is the price you pay.

Warehousing & staging

Short- and medium-term storage arranged when goods need to be held, consolidated, or released on your schedule.

Order splitting & consolidation

Bulk orders divided across locations, or multiple supplier shipments combined into fewer, cheaper deliveries.

Tracking & delay management

Every shipment tracked leg by leg, with proactive alerts and rerouting conversations handled before delays become stockouts.

Fulfillment-center delivery

Shipments prepared to meet receiving requirements — labeling, palletizing, and appointments — for warehouses and 3PLs.

Who it’s for

For buyers who need goods moved, not just bought

Logistics pairs naturally with our procurement and sourcing services, and works standalone when the buying is already done.

Multi-location retailers

Businesses that need one bulk purchase split accurately across stores, with each location getting what it can actually receive.

E-commerce sellers using 3PLs

Sellers whose fulfillment centers enforce strict receiving rules, where a labeling mistake means chargebacks and delays.

Institutions without receiving docks

Offices, schools, and venues that need deliveries scheduled, staged, and sized for the space that’s actually there.

How it works

How we move an order

Logistics decisions are made when the order is quoted — not scrambled after the goods are ready.

  1. 01

    Plan at quote time

Destination, receiving constraints, and timing are built into the landed-cost quote before you approve the purchase.

  2. 02

    Book & schedule

Carriers booked, pickups scheduled, and warehousing arranged to match production completion — no idle goods, no rush fees.

  3. 03

    Track & manage

Every leg monitored, documents handled, and delays flagged to you early with options already in hand.

  4. 04

    Deliver & confirm

Goods arrive prepared for the destination’s requirements, and delivery is confirmed against the order before we close it out.

FAQ

Common questions

Have a question we haven’t covered? Ask us directly — we respond within one business day.

Do you handle logistics for orders you didn’t source?

Yes. If you’ve already bought the goods and need freight, warehousing, or delivery managed, we can take the shipment from your supplier’s dock. It works best when we’re involved before the goods are ready to move, so scheduling and destination requirements are planned rather than patched.

What is a landed cost, and why do you quote that way?

Landed cost is the total cost of getting goods to your destination — product, freight, handling, and any storage — in one number. We quote this way because it’s the only number that actually matters to your margins, and because line-item surprises after approval are how buyers get burned.

Can you deliver to Amazon FBA or other fulfillment centers?

Yes. We prepare shipments to meet fulfillment-center receiving requirements — proper labeling, palletizing, carton specifications, and delivery appointments. Getting this right the first time avoids the chargebacks and check-in delays that eat sellers’ margins.

What if I need goods stored before delivery?

We arrange warehousing and staging as part of the order — holding goods until your location is ready, releasing them on a schedule, or splitting a bulk order across destinations. Storage terms and costs are quoted up front, not discovered on an invoice.

How do I know where my shipment is?

Every order we move is tracked leg by leg, and you get proactive updates — including early warnings when a delay develops, along with the options available. You’ll never be the last to know where your goods are.
